If your organization requires you to use a purchase order to buy your tickets, our accounting department asks that you follow this procedure:
- Fill in one fax/mail form for each attendee; besides providing us with the information we need to add each person to our database, this will help you calculate the total amount of your purchase order.
- With the total in hand, have your company issue a purchase order to our company:

- Fax us a copy of your purchase order and all the signup forms at +1 703 544 7833. (or submit them via email). Please make sure that your name, phone number and e-mail address are on the cover sheet
- Our accounting department will be in touch to arrange for invoicing and payment
